TURKISH CUISINE


As part of the Erasmus+ project CLENA, we collaborated with two partner institutions:

  • 15. Kolordu Ilkokul from Turkey and
  • "Dositej Obradović" School Center from Serbia.

We enriched our cooperation by exploring the flavors of our partner organizations. Last week, it was time for Turkish cuisine  — with recipes we brought back from Turkey. We tasted delicious Turkish specialties such as kaymak with honey, lentil soup, kebab with rice, baklava, and burek. 😋🍯🥣🥙🍰

To be even better prepared for this day, we had a discussion about Turkey. We reviewed and strengthened our knowledge about Turkish greetings, the flag, and the country’s location. 🗺👋

A wonderful experience of connecting through cuisine and culture! 🍽🌍
