Pruning fruit and ornamental trees – Collaboration between students and adult participants 🍏✂️🌳

On a beautiful spring day, we are hosting a workshop on pruning fruit and ornamental trees! 🌿 Together with our mentors, we explore the importance of proper tree care, develop manual skills, and gain new knowledge about sustainable environmental practices.

🔹 What are we doing?
✅ Learning why pruning is essential for tree health.
✅ Getting to know different cutting techniques and tools.
✅ Pruning fruit trees and shaping ornamental plants in our surroundings.
✅ Connecting theoretical knowledge with hands-on fieldwork.

🌍 This activity is part of our Erasmus+ project CLENA, through which we raise awareness about climate change and sustainable practices. By actively involving students and adults in natural processes, we foster respect for the environment and develop a responsible attitude toward nature.
